Accordingly, Fleet Chief Petty Officer AGC Lasantha residing in Magalla, Galle and Able Seaman GPLP Kumara at Hikkaduwa, Galle received the keys of their new houses. The project being carried out under close supervision of the Commander of the Navy as part of the Navy’s Community Service and Social Responsibility Project.

The monetary allocations for the hose of FCPO Lasantha was made by the Softlogic (Pvt) Ltd, and the house of AB Kumara was built utilizing the funds of Navy Welfare Unit. The naval engineers played an instrumental role in construction both houses.

The two sailors and their family members benefited by this magnanimous cause, extended their gratitude to the Commander of the Navy, all the naval personnel and Softlogic (Pvt) Ltd for throwing their weight behind this project.
