NSVU President makes tour of inspection of Seva Vanitha projects in Welisara
Making her first tour of inspection upon assumption of office as the President of Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (NSVU) Mrs. Chandima Ulugetenne visited SLNS Gemunu on 13th August 2020, to look over NSVU-operated projects at the Welisara Naval Complex
As such, the NSVU Welfare Shop, Preschool, Yoghurt Project, Beauty Parlour, Computer Training Centre, Bakery, Abans Showroom, Flower Decoration Unit, Batik Centre, Transit Stores and Siduliya Sevana Holiday Resort at SLNS Gemunu were subjected to an inspection of the NSVU President. During the tour, Mrs. Chandima Ulugetenne inquired into the day-to-day operations of those projects and instructed the employees to resume proceedings in accordance with health guidelines. The occasion was also joined by the staff of Navy Seva Vanitha Unit.
