First Poppy Flower presented to the Commander of the Navy
Sri Lanka Naval Association launched its poppy campaign on 29th September 2014 with its President Captain (Rtd) DA Wijegunawardena presenting the first poppy flower to the Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy, Vice Admiral Jayantha Perera at the Naval Headquarters in Colombo.
