New Seva Vanitha projects launched at Northwestern Naval Command

Going by a concept and directives of the President of Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (NSVU), Mrs. Chandima Ulugetenne, several Seva Vanitha projects were launched at the Northwestern Naval Command on 08th April 2021. Accordingly, the NSVU President ceremonially opened the refurbished Welfare Outlet at SLNS Barana as well as new Welfare Outlet and Abans Showroom at SLNS Thambapanni, constructed for the best interest of naval personnel attached to the Command.

The events were attended by Commander Northwestern Naval Area, Rear Admiral SB Senarathna, Deputy Area Commander, Commodore Prasad Kariyapperuma, NSVU member Mrs. Priyanka Senavirathna, Flag rank officers, senior and junior officers and staff of Navy Seva Vanitha Unit.
