330 recruits join Sri Lanka Navy under 267th intake
The Sri Lanka Navy enlisted 330 recruits, under its 267th intake for Regular and Volunteer Naval Forces.
The recruitment took place on 13 and 14 August 2026 at the Admiral Somathilaka Dissanayake Auditorium, Colombo with the presence of Director General Personnel, Rear Admiral Sanjeewa Premarathna.
Having successfully completed the recruitment process, 330 recruits, among them 100 women, embarked on their distinguished service in the Sri Lanka Navy.
Director Naval Personnel, Commodore Manoj Leelarathna and naval personnel from Navy Headquarters attended the event, along with the parents and relatives of the new batch of recruits.
