Commander of the Navy calls on Chief of Defence Staff, Army and Air Force Commanders

Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy Vice Admiral Jayantha Perera called on Chief of Defence Staff, General Jagath Jayasuriya, Commander of the Sri Lanka Army, Lieutenant General Daya Rathnayake and Commander of the Sri Lanka Air Force, Air Marshal Kolitha Gunatilleke at the Office of the Chief of Defence Staff and the respective forces' headquarters on 02^nd and 03^rd July 2014.

Upon his arrival, the Commander of the Navy was warmly received by them. They exchanged views on matters of mutual interest in a cordial atmosphere and pledged continued cooperation in operational aspects for the defence of the motherland.

Mementos were also exchanged among them to mark the occasion symbolizing comradeship and goodwill.
