Male Sea Cadet Assessment Camp - 2014 concludes

The Male Sea Cadet Assessment Camp - 2014, which was held at the Naval and Maritime Academy in Trincomalee, concluded on 09^th September 2014. Director of the National Cadet Corps, Major General HMHA Herath participated as the Chief Guest. Poramadulla Central Collage, Rikillagaskada won the first place this year and Dharmashoka College, Ambalangoda won the second place.

Two Cadet Bands and the Navy’s Western and Cultural Band presented a colourful show at the concluding ceremony. Commandant of the Naval and Maritime Academy, Commodore Nandana Jayarathne, senior officers from the Eastern Naval Command and the National Cadet Corps, principals and teachers from the participating schools and parents were also present on the occasion.
