Commander NWNA Chief Guest at school uniform distribution ceremony

The Commander North Western Naval Area Rear Admiral Piyal De Silva was the Chief Guest at the school uniform distribution ceremony held at the Roman Catholic Mixed Tamil School in Arippu on 12^th November 2014.
