Commander of the Navy declares open SLNS Kelani Wardroom
 

The Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Jayantha Perera declared open the newly constructed 3 storeyed wardroom at SLNS Kelani on 26th February 2015.

Mrs. Shalika Perera, the Commander Western Naval Area Rear Admiral Dayananda Nanayakkara, senior naval officers attached to the Naval Headquarters and the Commanding Officer of the SLNS Kelani were among the naval officers present on the occasion.
