Navy nabs 2 local fishermen engaged in illegal fishing
 

Naval personnel attached to SLNS Gotabhaya located in Mullaitivu in Eastern Naval Command arrested 2 persons who engaged in illegal fishing activities in the seas off Kokkuthuduwai on 25th June 2016. Along with the suspects two dinghies were also taken into naval custody.

The apprehended persons and belongings were produced to Mullaitivu Police for onward investigations.
