Navy arrests a person with 4 kg of Kerala Cannabis in Possession
 

On receipt of information by the Naval Intelligence Team, Naval personnel attached to SLNS Kanchadewa located in Kayts and SLNS Welusumana located in Mandathivu in the Northern Naval Command with the assistance of Excise Officers of the Point Pedro arrested a person who was transporting 4 kg of Kerala Cannabis in the general area of Thirunalweli yesterday (18).

The arrested person along with the haul of Cannabis were produced to the Point Pedro Excise Office for onward action.
