Navy and Coast Guard personnel rescue 3 persons drowning in the sea off Gopalpuram
 

Naval personnel attached to SLNS Vijayaba in Nilaweli and the lifesavers of the Sri Lanka Coast Guard rescued 3 persons who were drowning in the seas off Gopalpuram on 23^rd August 2016. The rescued persons were aged 21, 24 and 28 whom were residents of Jaffna.
