Navy arrests 12 monofilament nets
 

Naval personnel attached to SLNS Kashyapa located at Vakarai in the Eastern Naval Command arrested 12 monofilament nets in the area of Kaththankudi yesterday (22). The apprehended each nets were 200m length which were handed over to the Batticaloa Assistant Directorate of Fisheries for further investigations.
