Person arrested for transporting sea sand without licence
 

Coast Guard personnel attached to the Northern Naval Command arrested a person, engaged in transportation of sea sand without licence near the Vallipuram Kovil in Point Pedro today (27).

Upon arresting the suspect and the lorry with approximately 1 cube of sea sand, they were handed over to the Point Pedro Police for further investigations.
