Northern Naval Command conducts another field medical clinic in Mawadipuram
 

As yet another initiative of the Sri Lanka Navy’s Community Development and Social Responsibility project, the Northern Naval Command conducted a field medical clinic for the benefit of newly resettled persons at Mawadipuram Model Village in Kankesanthurai on 30th April 2017. This noble initiative was organized under the patronage of the Commander Northern Naval Area, Rear Admiral Jayantha De Silva.

The field medical clinic was a great benefaction to a large number of residents belonging to 160 families resettled in Mawadipuram, allowing to receive treatment for their ailments. The naval medical personnel of the Northern Naval Command administered the treatment and extended their fullest cooperation for the successful conduct of this event. The community highly appreciated the Naval Community Development and Social Responsibility work being conducted in the Jaffna Peninsula.
