Colombo Supercross 2017, the inaugural motor sports event organized by the Sri Lanka Navy in collaboration with the Sri Lanka Association of Racing Drivers and Riders (SLARDAR), was flagged of on a successful note today (07) at the motocross and gravel track in Welisara.

On receipt of intelligence information to the Navy, a group of naval personnel attached to the Southeastern Naval Command in coordination with STF personnel of Shasthraweli recovered a cannabis cultivation in Lahugala Forest, during a raid carried out yesterday (6).
