Navy clinch number of positions in Howell Cup Sailing Regatta
 

The competitors of Sri Lanka Navy Sailing Pool secured several victories at the ‘Howell Cup Team Race Sailing Regatta’ organized by Ceylon Motor Yacht Club in the waters of Bolgoda Lake which lasted for four days on 14^th, 20^th, 27^th and 28^th January.

The sailors of navy’s ‘A’ and ‘B’ teams were able to secure the 1st and 3rd places in ‘Laser Radial’ event. The regatta was attended by 65 contestants representing 13 veteran sailing clubs in the country.
