Commander Ananda Dissanayake assumes duties as Commanding Officer of SLNS Ranawickrama
 

Commander (G) Ananda Dissanayake assumed duties as the new Commanding Officer of the Fast Gun Boat, SLNS Ranawickrama, today (6^th June).

The former Commanding Officer of the ship, Commander (C) Janitha Buddhika officially handed over the duties to the new Commanding Officer at the No 2 jetty of SLNS Uththara in Kankasanthurei. Deputy Area Commander Northern Naval Command, Commodore Senarath Wijesooriya was also present on this occasion.

The proceedings of the occasion came to a close after the inspection of divisions of the new Commanding Officer.
