Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva paid a visit at the North Central Naval Command on 10^th and 11^th February. The Navy Chief was warmly received by Commander North Central Naval Area, Rear Admiral Muditha Gamage, upon his arrival.
