Trio of Iranian ships depart Colombo harbour

The three Iranian naval ships; Bushehr, Lavan and Bayandore which arrived in the island on a training and goodwill visit, departed the Colombo harbour on completion of their four-day official visit today (18^th February).

Sri Lanka Navy bade customary farewell to the departing ships at the harbour premises. During the stay in the country, the crew members of the ships took part in a number of programmes and events organized by Sri Lanka Navy and visited some tourist attractions as well.
