Navy recovers a banned fishing net

A troop of naval personnel attached to the Eastern Naval Command, recovered a banned net during a patrol carried out at Jayanagar beach area in Trincomalee, yesterday (25^th March).

The recovered net is 25m long and it was handed over to the Fisheries Inspector-Kuchchaweli for further investigation.
