Navy apprehends two persons with heroin

A Naval team apprehended two persons with 5mg of heroin at CEYNOR Fisheries habuor area in Gurunagr, Jaffna, yesterday (23^rd April).

Accordingly, a Naval team attached to the Northern Naval Command, apprehended 2 persons who possessed 5mg of heroin, during a raid conducted at CEYNOR Fisheries habuor area in Gurunagr, Jaffna. The suspects are residents of Gurunagar area aged 20 and 21.

The suspects along with heroin were handed over to Jaffna Police for further investigation.
