Namibian Defence Attache calls on Commander of the Navy

The Defence Attache of the High Commission of the Republic of Namibia based in New Delhi, Brigadier General Titus Simon called on Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva at the Naval Headquarters today (19^th July 2019).

Their discussions focused on matters of mutual interest and bilateral importance. Mementoes were also exchanged to mark the occasion.
