Navy apprehends 03 persons with Kerala cannabis

Navy in coordination with Police STF apprehended 03 persons with Kerala Cannabis on 14^th September 2019.

Accordingly, a suspicious three wheeler and a motor bike had been spotted during a raid carried out by Western Naval Command in coordination with Anti Organized Crime Unit of Police STF, at Oliyamulla area in Wattala. By further search of the three wheeler and motor bike three suspects with 800g of KG were found and they were apprehended. These suspects are residents of Mattakkuliya area, aged 21, 23 and 24.

The apprehended suspects along with seized Kerala cannabis, three wheeler and motor bike were handed over to the Paliagoda Police for onward investigation.
