Beach cleaning campaign at ‘Green and Blue Domain’

In support of the SLN Dockyard’s “Green and Blue Domain Project” a beach cleaning drive was carried out in Trincomalee on 28^th September 2019.

This programme was organized by the 4th Fast Attack Flotilla, based in the Eastern Naval Command, to clean the beach and isolated areas of the Sober Island. Accordingly, the naval personnel who were engaged in this effort removed a large amount of plastic waste scattered around the island.
