Two persons with 20g of KG apprehended by Navy

Navy apprehended two persons with 20g of Kerala Cannabis during a raid carried out in coordination with Ja Ela Police, in Ja Ela area on 2^nd October 2019.

Accordingly, this amount of KG was recovered while searching a suspicious three wheeler at the road block at Kohumola junction in Ja Ela deployed by Western Naval Command in coordination with Ja Ela Police. The persons in the three wheeler also possessed a Neuron tablet card and an amount of 49370.00 Sri Lankan rupees.

The two suspects along with the seized amount of KG, three wheeler, Neuron tablet card and money were handed over to Ja Ela Police for further investigation.
