Special workshop on stress management at SLNS Parakrama

A Special workshop on stress management was conducted at the Admiral Somathilaka Dissanayaka auditorium in SLNS Parakrama on 18^th December 2019.

The ‘seven characters’ media group which consists of internationally acclaimed senior actor, senior lecturer Mr. Wilson Karunarathna, senior actor as well as singer Mr. Rodny Warnakula and Dr. Damith Hettiarachchi of Gampola Base Hospital conducted this workshop in dramatic style under the theme of ‘Doctor and Actor’ in view of managing the stress of naval personnel.

Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva, Chief of Staff of the Navy, Director General Health Services, senior officers and large number of sailors were present on this occasion.
