Ceremonial Guard at President House and hoisting of National Flag at Galle Face handed over to Sri Lanka Air Force

The customary duty of Ceremonial Guard at the President House and hoisting of National Flag at the Galle Face which was under taken by Sri Lanka Navy on 01^st October 2019, was officially handed over to the Sri Lanka Air Force, today (01^st January 2020).

The hoisting of National Flag at the Galle Face was carried out by SLNS Parakrama under the supervision of its Commanding Officer, Captain Mahesh De Silva. Meanwhile, Lieutenant Commander (G) Shantha Ambanwela performed the duty as the Officer in Charge of Ceremonial Guard at the President House.
