Lalan Rubbers (Pvt) Ltd. hands over 20,000 latex gloves to Sri Lanka Navy

In support of the Sri Lanka Navy’s contribution to contain the spread of novel coronavirus within the country, the Lalan Rubbers (Pvt) Ltd. handed over 20,000 latex gloves to Sri Lanka Navy at the Naval Headquarters today (30th March 2020).

Sri Lanka Navy, with the able guidance of Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva, has been conducting a wide range of programmes to contain the looming threat of COVID-19 pandemic within the country. These initiatives of the Navy are being well supported by various philanthropist organizations by providing financial and material aids. In a similar vein, the Lalan Rubbers (Pvt) Ltd. handed over 20,000 latex gloves to Commander of the Navy at the Naval Headquarters today. The occasion was also attended by a group of officials headed by the CEO of Lalan Rubbers (Pvt) Ltd. They also highly appreciated the efforts of the Navy in fighting the COVID – 19 outbreak.

Meanwhile, Commander of the Navy extended his gratitude to the CEO and officials of the Lalan Rubbers (Pvt) Ltd. for their generous support extended in this hour of need.
