‘Dalwu Pahan’ Social Welfare Organization donates a stock of PPE to Navy

Extending their supportive hand to the programmes conducted by the Navy for controlling the spread of coronavirus, ‘Dalwu Pahan’ Social Welfare Organization donated a stock of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to the Navy, on 06^th May 2020.

‘Dalwu Pahan’ Social Welfare Organization initiated their project ‘Dalwu Pahan Suwa Harasara’ in view of providing PPE for the medical staffs who render a committed service even under the threat of life. As part of this project of the organization, Medical Consultant Lakmal Kulasekara and Dr. Madhubhani Dissanayake handed over a stock of one hundred (100) PPE worth about Rs.200000.00 to Commander of the Navy Vice Admiral Piyal De Silva.

This worthy contribution of ‘Dalwu Pahan’ organization was appreciated by Commander of the Navy and he also expressed Navy’s gratitude for them.
