The residential yoga training programme commenced in the Southern Naval Command on 01st March 2022 came to a successful end. The programme was launched to promote yoga exercises among naval personnel, who are into these practices, from each establishment in the Southern Naval Command and the initiative is being carried out on a successful note as of now.

Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Nishantha Ulugetenne made his first official courtesy call on the President and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, His Excellency Ranil Wickremasinghe at the Presidential Secretariat this morning (19th August 2022).
