The Indian Naval Ship (INS) ‘Airavat’ arrived at the port of Colombo on a formal visit this morning (18th October 2023). The visiting ship was welcomed by the Sri Lanka Navy in compliance with naval traditions.

11th Navy to Navy Staff Talks – Indian Navy and Sri Lanka Navy today (17 October 2023) commenced at the Light House Galley, Colombo. On the sidelines of this, the head of Indian Navy delegation, Rear Admiral Nirbhay Bapna who is also the Assistant Chief of Naval Staff – Foreign Cooperation and Liaison called on Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Priyantha Perera at the Navy Headquarters.

Defence Adviser of the High Commission of Kenya in New Delhi and accredited to Sri Lanka, Colonel Basil Mwambingu Mwakale called on the Commander of the Sri Lanka Navy, Vice Admiral Priyantha Perera at the Navy Headquarters today (17th October March 2022).
