The annual feast of St. Antony's Shrine on the Kachchativu Island in the Jaffna Peninsula is set to take place on 14 and 15 Mar 25 on a high note. In the backdrop where the District Secretary of Jaffna has made necessary arrangements for the event, the Sri Lanka Navy is currently working in full swing to establish infrastructure and facilities for the convenience of devotees.

Japan Maritime Self-Defense Force (JMSDF) ASAHI arrived at the Port of Colombo on a replenishment visit this morning (01 Mar 25). The visiting ship was welcomed by the Sri Lanka Navy in compliance with naval traditions.
