Major General Wijayanath Jayaweera, the newly appointed Commandant of the Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC) Sapugaskanda, called on the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Kanchana Banagoda at Navy Headquarters today (09 Jan 26).
