Naval officers honed their public speaking abilities during a workshop organized by the Speech Craft Club, held on 02 May 26 at the Southern Naval Command. The session was conducted at the directives of the Commander Southern Naval Area, Rear Admiral Dhammika Wijewardana, and with the support of public speaking facilitators.
