Navy rushes injured surfer to hospital for treatment

The Navy sprang into action, providing critical first aid to a British tourist who was in a spot of bother while surfing at Peanut Farm Beach on 15 May 25, suffering an ankle injury that required emergency attention.

After stabilizing the injured surfer, a Navy lifesaving team from the Southern Naval Command, stationed at the beach vicinity, arranged her immediate transfer to the Panama Government Hospital for further treatment
