Second storey of NSVU Computer Training Centre at SLNS Shilpa declared open
 

The Second storey of the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit Computer Training Centre at SLNS Shilpa which was established following a concept of the President of Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (NSVU), Mrs. Yamuna Wijegunaratne, was declared open by her yesterday (22).

During the opening ceremony, the President of NSVU donated computers for the use of naval family members and children of civil employees. Moreover packets of dry rations were also distributed among the parents and spouses of naval personnel by the President. Further 18 children who had successfully completed the 06 month computer course conducted by the Computer Training Centre at Shilpa, received certificates from Mrs. Yamuna Wijegunaratne. Members of NSVU, lady officers and senior officers were present on the occasion.
