Foundation stone laid for Seva Vanitha Welfare Shop at SLNS Shilpa
The honourable President of Navy Seva Vanitha Unit Mrs. Sandhya Ranasinghe laid the foundation stone for the construction of new Seva Vanitha Welfare Shop for SLNS Shilpa, Thalathuoya on last 23rd February, at the base premises.
After Buddhist religious observances, adhering to the traditional customs the honourable President of SVU fulfilled the event on the auspicious time. Senior members of the SVU, Senior Naval officers and a number of sailors also attended the occasion.
