NSVU bids adieu to former Vice President
A function to bid farewell to the former Vice President of the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (NSVU), Mrs. Thamara Rosayro was held under the patronage of its President, Mrs. Sandya Ranasinghe at the Malima Club House – Uswetakeiyawa on 12th July.
The event organized on a high note saw the former Vice President being warmly welcomed to the occasion by Mrs. Ranasinghe, presenting her with a bouquet of flowers. Thereupon, senior members of the NSVU extended best wishes for the future endeavours of Mrs. Rosayro and cherished the memories of their happy moments in the organization. A memento was also presented to the outgoing member by the NSVU President, in recognition of her invaluable service. The present Vice President of NSVU, Mrs. Arundathi Jayaneththi, senior members and several naval officers were also present on this occasion.
