Newly constructed Naval Preschool declared open at SLNS Pandukabhaya
The new Naval Preschool constructed under the directives of the President of the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit (NSVU) at SLNS Pandukabhaya in the North Central Naval Command, was declared open by Commander of the Navy following religious rituals on 27th November 2019. The initiative will provide an environment for children to explore, gain a sense of self, play with peers and build self-confidence.
The occasion was also attended by the President of the Navy Seva Vanitha Unit, Mrs. Arundathi Udithamala Jayaneththi, Navy Chief of Staff, Deputy Chief of Staff, Commander North Central Naval Area, Director Generals, all Area Commanders, Commanding Officer SLNS Pandukabhaya, members of the NSVU, senior and junior officers and sailors.
