Navy dominates at 9th National Canoe Sprint Championship

The Sri Lanka Navy rowing team showcased their aquatic prowess at the 9th National Canoe Sprint Championship, securing an impressive haul of medals.Organized by the National Rowing Boat Association, Sri Lanka, the event took place from 12 to 14 Mar 26, at the Diyawanna Lake in Battaramulla.

In a high-stakes competition that drew top-tier talent from the tri-forces and renowned rowing clubs across the island, Navy athletes displayed exceptional skill and determination in both individual and team categories. Through a series of hard-fought races, the Navy contingent successfully clinched 07 Gold, 06 Silver, and 02 Bronze medals.
