Naval Detachment ‘Arippu’ gets new wardroom facility
Commander Northwestern Naval Area ceremonially opened a newly built wardroom at the Naval Detachment ‘Arippu’ belonging to the Northwestern Naval Command, on 15th August 2020.
The new wardroom facility will enhance the welfare provisions of officers attached to Naval Detachment ‘Arippu’ which is administered by SLNS Therapuththa in the Northwestern Naval Command. Deputy Area Commander of Northwestern Naval Command, Departmental Heads, officers and sailors were also present on this occasion.
