Maldivian Defence Adviser pays courtesy call on Commander of the Navy
Lieutenant Colonel Ismail Naseer, Defence Adviser of High Commission of the Republic of Maldives in Colombo paid a courtesy call on Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Nishantha Ulugetenne at the Navy Headquarters on 17th August 2020.
The Maldivian Defence Adviser, Lieutenant Colonel Ismail Naseer, in his introductory courtesy call to the Navy Commander, took the opportunity to extend best wishes to Vice Admiral Nishantha Ulugetenne for reaching the helm as the 24th Commander of Sri Lanka Navy.
During the ensuing discussion, they exchanged views on matters of bilateral importance, recalling the longstanding relations between two countries. The cordial discussion culminated with an exchange of mementoes.
