Defence Attaché of Embassy of People’s Republic of China calls on Navy Commander
Senior Colonel Wan Dong, the Defence Attaché of the Embassy of People's Republic of China in Sri Lanka paid a courtesy call on Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Nishantha Ulugetenne at the Navy Headquarters today (24th August 2020).
The ensuing cordial discussion that got underway with an expression of good wishes of Senior Colonel Wan Dong on Vice Admiral Ulugetenne for reaching the apex of the SLN, mainly focused on the long-established cooperation between Chinese and Sri Lanka navies as well as several other matters of bilateral importance.
The brief meeting culminated with an exchange of mementoes, to symbolize mutual understanding and goodwill.
