Navy official website wins gold and bronze medals at BestWeb.lk 2022 competition

The official website of Sri Lanka Navy (www.navy.lk) was awarded a gold medal for the most popular government website category and a bronze medal for the best government website category at the BestWeb.lk 2022 competition, hosted by LK Domain Registry.

Technical, design, content and interaction criteria as well as penalty points were taken into account by a panel of judges when awarding medals for the websites that contested at BestWeb.lk 2022.

Accordingly, factors such as; completeness, convenience of navigation, standards, performance, web site design, page design, quantity and quality of content, level of interaction with users, privacy / security and copyright violations were considered when awarding gold and bronze medals to the navy’s official website.
