National Hydrographer for the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office calls on Commander of the Navy
The National Hydrographer for the United Kingdom Hydrographic Office (UKHO), Rear Admiral Angus Essenhigh paid a courtesy call on the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Kanchana Banagoda today (14 Feb 25) at the Navy Headquarters.
During the cordial discussion, they exchanged views on several matters related to hydrography between the UK and Sri Lanka, as well as ways to enhance bilateral cooperation and strengthen partnerships.
The Chief Hydrographer of the Sri Lanka Navy, Rear Admiral Kosala Warnakulasooriya and officials from UKHO were also present on this occasion. The official interaction culminated with an exchange of mementoes, symbolizing goodwill and cooperation.
