INS SATPURA departs island
The Indian Naval Ship (INS) SATPURA which called at the Port of Colombo for replenishment, departed the island on 24 Sep 25. In keeping with time-honoured naval traditions, the Sri Lanka Navy extended a customary farewell to the departing vessel at the Port of Colombo.
Meanwhile, the Commanding Officer of the ship called on the Commander Western Naval Area at the Western Command Headquarters. During their stay in the island, the crew engaged in sightseeing tours in Colombo as well.
