Naval Hospital in Eastern Naval Command hosts blood donation campaign marking 75th anniversary of the Navy

The Sri Lanka Navy conducted a blood donation campaign at the Naval Hospital in Eastern Naval Command on 03 Jan 26. The initiative was organized as part of the Navy’s 75th anniversary commemorations, which encompass a series of programmes that highlight the organisation’s commitment to social responsibility, environmental stewardship, and ethical values.

The initiative was conducted in coordination with the District General Hospital Trincomalee and Teaching Hospital, Batticaloa. A large number of naval personnel from the Eastern Naval Command volunteered to donate blood, demonstrating the Navy’s enduring humanitarian spirit.
