Sri Lanka Naval Association enhances patient care at Navy General Hospital with medical linens
In a commendable gesture aimed at supporting the naval community, the Sri Lanka Naval Association handed over a consignment of patient apparel and bed linens to the Navy General Hospital in Colombo on 07 Apr 26.
The contribution, which comprised a stock of pajama sets, bed sheets, and pillowcases, was focused to enhance the comfort and well-being of patients receiving in-patient care. This will also allow the Sri Lanka Navy to provide a better healthcare experience for serving naval personnel, retired veterans, and their families who rely on the services of Navy General Hospital.
The event was graced by the presence of the Commander of the Navy, Vice Admiral Kanchana Banagoda, alongside the Director General Health Services, the Commander Western Naval Area, as well as President and members of the Naval Association and a group of naval personnel.
