Navy arrests a Person with 570 Conch Shells
 

Naval troops attached to the SLNS Vijaya of the North-Western Naval Command on information received arrested a person at Uchchamunai in Kalpitiya on 28^th February 2014. The arrested person with items was handed over to the fisheries officials in Puttalam for further investigations.
